The National Bank’s board recommended not distributing annual dividends for 2014, according to a filing to Palestine Exchange (PEX).

Palestine-listed bank reported a profit rise by 23.3% to $4.4 million during the fiscal year 2014, compared to $3.6 million in FY13.

The bank’s capital amounts to $50 million, distributed on 50 million shares at $1 par value.
